COUNTRY CLUB HOTEL 5 star property

Overall Impression: This architectural treasure in the exclusive neighborhood of San Isidro is acclaimed as one of the finest hotels in Lima, Peru. Built in 1927 and completely refurbished in 1998, the Country Club Lima Hotel’s 75 elegantly decorated rooms and suites embody comfort and luxury it is a very  upscale and impressive property.  Plush is the appropriate word.  The lobby is stunning, full of gleaming granite, marble and top of the line furniture and beautiful floral arrangements.

Rooms:  Even the smallest room here was comfortable and spacious. The standard room has a bath/tub combination.  Moving up the categories the rooms turned into large suites. The bathrooms in the higher categories feature separate tub and walk in shower. Of course all the amenities you would expect in a first class hotel and truly outstanding bathrooms.  Many of the higher category rooms have a balcony as shown below.

Restaurant and Bar:  The Perroquet Restaurant, has an elegant decor and serves International cuisine and traditional Peruvian dishes. You can also enjoy live music on Friday and Saturday nights from nine-thirty until midnight.  A buffet breakfast is served daily from seven until ten-thirty am., and the 24-hour Room Service lets you dine anytime in the privacy of your room or suite. Los Vitrales Lobby Bar is right off the lobby.  There is also Ingles, a traditional English bar off the foyer that was very lively and active.

Activities: Golf
The hotel has an exclusive agreement with the Lima Golf Club across the street, which features an 18 hole, par 72 world-class golf course.
